Steve Jones from NLP of North Texas has been nothing short of a professional in providing world class customer service and making our experience in purchasing our little slice of Texas for our forever home excitable and enjoyable. Steve Jones was incredibly helpful during our land purchasing. Our appointment was the first of the day at 10am, and when we arrived early at 9:30, he was already there and ready to help us. Steve promptly drove us over to several plots of land, which he located and surveyed efficiently. He was friendly and informative about the development all the way. Once we reached a plot we knew we loved, he helped us call in our bid right away and fill out the paperwork. He then drove us back over to the plot in his truck to put our “sold” sign on and take some pictures. He definitely made us feel welcome and gave us great service. Steve even went the extra mile—literally—by driving over the completed paperwork to our apartment in Plano a few days later. At his own initiative, he removed some unsightly tires he noticed at the edge of our property. Anyone would be lucky to work with Steve Jones in making a land purchase. Our family has been on the search for the perfect piece of Texas to call our forever home since 2019. I would like to take a moment to tell you about my positive experience with National Land Partners, specifically Mr. Patrick Lewis. In early January, I began researching land for sale in the Weatherford, Texas region. I completed an online inquiry and was promptly and professionally contacted by Patrick Lewis. He spent a significant amount of time listening to and answering my questions about land offerings. We began communicating via email and telephonically about upcoming property offerings, specifically for acreage for horse property usage. Patrick worked with me each step of the way, to include arranging for a family member to tour the properties with a trusted associate. I would like to share my experience of purchasing land with National Land Partners. Currently me and my wife live on a 1-acre lot and about 6 months ago decided it was time to look for a little more land with the hopes of building a house in the near future. This land purchase would be our first land purchase for both of us in our lives so we weren't exactly sure where to start.

Within weeks of us having that conversation, I received a flyer from National Land Partners. From the initial letter in the mail, it was a very professional well-thought out flyer and not just a one-page piece of paper with someone's photo on it. At that time, I decided to look up National Land Partners and realized the presence they had in the industry as far as being a developer.

I quickly sent an email to show interest and within an hour or so I had an email from a very professional representative within NLP, Lester Gutierrez. He was attentive to my conversation and answered all of my questions, at least the ones I knew to ask being so new to the land purchasing side. He was not pushy as we have seen with some sales reps which we greatly appreciated.

Within a week we made an appointment to meet with him and look at the area we were interested in. It took me and my wife a couple visits for us to pull the trigger on purchasing our first lot together. During that time Lester again was not pushy yet supported when we were ready to make that decision.

From the time of purchase I have seen my relationship grow with Lester and have built a friendship that I know will last a lifetime. Our buying experience from the customer side was one I will not forget in a very positive way. When we first met Travis, it was intended to be just a drive by, “check it out” visit that was more about curiously than anything. We had heard about Eagle's Bluff and how accommodating the HOA guidelines were to home builders and basically wanted to see what it had to offer. Wow were we in for a surprise.

Initially, we were interested in the spacious lots and the privacy the area had to offer. Travis was quick to understand our goals and desires to help find the right lot for us. We met at 10:00 am on a Saturday morning and by 12:00 noon we were signing papers!

The area was absolutely beautiful and offered so much. Travis was attentive and responsive. While our lot was wooded and required a visual potential, he painted the picture and outlined for us everything it had to offer. To this day, we ask ourselves, "How did we get so lucky?"

We saw an ad on Facebook about Post Oak Meadows Ranch and it looked like just the property we had been searching for. We were connected with Kyle Puckett and he treated us like we were family from the initial contact. He thoroughly explained how the whole process worked and made us at ease. I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your assistance in making a life-long dream become a reality. Growing up in Louisiana with thousands of acres as my backyard shaped who I am today. While I love the amenities and community in our Dallas neighborhood, my husband and I have ached for the calming diffusion that nature brings. We wanted our sons to know, understand and respect what God has given us, to understand the need for balance, and to UNPLUG!

I want to provide some feedback on our land purchase at Post Oak Meadows in August of 2020. Justin Hatcher was amazing to work with on this sale. We showed up with one day notice and he was ready to take us on a full tour in his awesome new UTV. It was a hot day and it was very nice of him to provide cold water and an air-conditioned cab to roam around in. My first impression of Justin was that he is professional and yet very down to earth... just a great guy.

We had several questions for him that day and he answered them all. In fact, we got the purchase "bug" immediately and Justin took all the information over the phone the same evening making it possible for us to lock in the lots that very next morning. I first talked with Justin several months ago, just before the Athens ranch was opened. At the time, my wife and I had decided to wait until January to buy something. We finally agreed to go down and look at what they had left as the map looked interesting and so did Athens and the area.

My family and I were looking for some property outside the city to build our home. I inquired about Eagles Bluff in Weatherford and we met Patrick and scheduled a time to come out and view the property. Though Eagles Bluff is beautiful, it was just a bit too far south for us. About two weeks later Patrick called to tell us that they were getting a property ready to open just north of the metroplex in Poolville. It was larger acreage and sounded like what we were looking for. We set an appointment for the grand opening and came out to see it.
